INterviewed with a group of 4 managers--the person to whom this
peposition
reports, two other managers and one other level same as this position;
didn't
get
the job because didn't "have enough project management experience":
have over 7
years as project manager. Two days after recieving the not hire call, I
noticed
they had readvertised the position, and there were different criteria
in the new
posting. Apparently they were looking for a nursing professional with
long term
care experience, but hadn't stated that in the original posting. My
suggestion
is
to call ahead if there is a number and get more specifics, or if a
field as
expansive as healthcare doesn't specify a particular field, don't bother
applying. Wasted time energy and money on a non-interview due to their
error.
