The term corporate culture has been thrown out the window.
When I first started with this company it was like a cult. People
would do anything for this company. At this point I don't know any
employee who likes this company. It is a back stabbing, manipulating
company with poor management in place. How can a temp 10 years ago
with no retail branch experience possibly be an RVP. It shows complete
favortism and the need to "diversify" their staff. It is a ridiculous
situation. This isn't coming from an employee who will be fired or
laid off, but a top performing rep on a national level. Hopefully
Chuck at the helm again will bring back our corporate culture, but I
doubt it. We have all the risk of losing our jobs with a poor quarter,
but no return!! The pay is horrible and not getting any better anytime
soon.
