manager and produce the many, many benchmarks imposed on you. Starting
pay is low for a registered representative and you better like talking
and using professional selling skills on incoming phone calls. Goals
are a changing entity "flavor of the week" according to business
needs. With trading at an all time low and investors reluctant to dump
money into the market, you must analyze the customer's needs through
extensive conversation using open questioning skills. Schwab does have
intensive training in all aspects of the business and if one wants to
get into the financial arena, the training is free for those selected
for hire
