Very long work hours with low compensation. The average counselor
travels 5 days a week, often in several states each week. Dress code is
very formal and stuffy. There is not much opportunity for advancement
as the top echelon is all Challenger family members. Diversity exists
in the company but not at the counseling or sales level. The majority
of the administrative staff is Black but all counselors, sales and
management are Caucasian.
