Employee morale is extremely low and turnover rate is high. Sales
executives do stay a long time but they are compensated very highly.
The outplacement industry has been in a stage of transition with alot of
companies closing, being bought out, etc. CGC is a family run business
that will probably continue to exist but will always have low employee
morale. The attitude is that counselors are expendable.
