I received an initial salary offer of 50,000 which I negotiated to
53,000.
There is a standard two week vacation time which is not negotiable, and a
standard formula they use to calculate relocation allowance. I tried to
negotiate a higher relocation allowance and was told it was not
negotiable, but
they offered me a sign-on bonus instead. Every employee receives stock
options
and reimbursements for company travel. There are also numerous
discounts such
as
athletic club memberships, drycleaning, etc. Even some housing
communities
offer
Cerner discounts.
