At school, the questions were behavioral. On-site, they put you in a room and you were visited by three different interviewers, one after another. Most of those questions were also behavioral, but they threw in a comple of technical ones just to make sure we knew what we were doing. They were not difficult technical questions. I have spoken to others and have found that the hiring/interview process is different for everyone, but usually, if they fly you to Kansas City and you don't do anything terribly awfull, you've got the job.
