Very shacky at this time. Celestica has closed many plants and
outsourced a lot of it's work. There have been many lay-offs during the
past 5 years, due to the bleak manufacturing outlook. They are trying
very hard to diversify to other areas. ie Military and Medical. This
will help them to stay afloat.
Employee morale is very low and has been since I've been there.( over 5
years) We are always told that they are working on ways to improve on
it but we haven't seen anything happen yet.
