A nice working place, completely informal except during international
meetings. It is very interesting working in the Aerospace environment
but the markets is very uncertain and with many up and downs, decreasing
yaer by year due to the little investments coming from European
Countries.
The professionality hardly develops in CGS, a person is employed for
what brings and not much for the potential. Very hard professional
grouwth inside except for internal management leave.
Prepare yourself to travel a lot europe-wide with, somethimes, unlimited
working hours.
