Healthcare in general is stable and growing. We continue to outperform
our forecasts both in revenues and net profit. We are the industry
leader in glaucoma and retinal disease diagnosis and are moving into
leadership positions in Refractive and Cataract Diagnostics and
Surgery. Our direct sales force is reknowned as one of the best in the
industry and we will be expanding the company worldwide to get poised
for aggressive growth over the next five years. One weakness that is
being addressed is that many of our products are over 7 years old and
need to be revamped. Efforts are underway to make some product
decisions that will better position us in the industry.
