$12.55 hour. It definitely could be better some of the other companies pay for
the type of work I do a lot more. I have been happy with the company other than
the pay increases. I have moved up in the company and I can do almost any job on
my line. I do not miss much work and am a pretty good and loyal employee. I do
BBP's and do odd jobs for the supervisors as they ask. I don't complain and when
they need me to move to another job even though I own my job, I do it. They had a
bonus in 2003 if you don't miss any work from July to December they gave a bonus,
That was awesome, especially right before Christmas. Once in awhile, we get
surprised with something like that. Plus we do get a bonus in June or July for
our part in the company!How many companies do that voluntarily?!!
