I work in the Global Planning group. The culture here is very work/life
balance oriented. Some teams do work a little bit longer hours. But
finance teams usually have reasonable hours. People are also very
collaborate and team oriented. Company cares about employees. We
have 'fun money' that we can spend to have some team building
activities each quarter. We have the one on one regular meeting with
our managers to exchange ideas and expectations. Overall, it is a very
people oriented environment. Dress code is normally business casual.
Friday is casual. There are plenty opportunities to learn new things
either through training or through projects. The opportunities to
advancement is not ideal since it's based on business needs and the
turn over rate. Since most people are pretty young and happy with the
company, the retention rate is high. Which means opportunities for
advancement are limited.
