Corporate culture was very good. They made sure the employers were
happy by allowing them to fill out surveys which were compiled and give
out annually. The campus had a lot to offer. A good size gym, great
food court, game room. The dress code was reasonable. Since I was in
the IT department we were always business casual. Customer
representatives always had dress-up days which always seemed fun. They
also deserved it considering what they had to deal with day in day out.
Each department is alloted a "Fun Budget". We went to Busch Gardens
with our whole department one day. Capital One is very big on making
sure employees "enjoy" their time there and have great benefits. Their
education assitance programs is great too
