Capita IT Resourcing is a fantastic company to work for and I strongly
believe in their standards, values and working ethics. I feel
extremely proud to be part of this organisation and feel, as I
represent the company when out on client visits, the company also
represents me. The company prides itself on a 'can do' attitude and
always goes that one step further in order to achieve business
objectives and goals. What's more important is the level of integrity
and fair play towards clients and candidates. The culture of the
company is diverse, young, dynamic and with our MD being only 32 her
enthusiasm and passion is reflected in the work place. The company
maintains a high level of professionalism and customer service at all
times but on occassions when the curtains are draw we really know how
to enjoy ourselves and with a couple of jokers in the group our moral
in the office is always high. Organic growth is key within the Company
and there are many opportunities. The MD worked her way up through the
ranks and our Sales Manager came on board as Team Leader and a year
later was promoted. The job is extremely demanding and it seems there
isn't anybody in the office who doesn't give it there all. I have only
been working for Capita for a couple of months so the paint hasn't even
dryed yet, maybe a few cracks will appear eventually but at the moment
I'd say this is a great company to work for.
