Started off great as E&Y, nice combination of business, some strategy,
and IT. With CG running the train, all IT focus. Not nearly the focus
on people. Internally, has lost balance with poor/unfair performance
management practices. Very group orientated (i.e. only
certain 'families' can push through their people). Not good mainly b/c
any consulting firm should have 20% BS's (for sales) and 80% Doer's
(people who are honest and can deliver)...we are getting dangerously
close to the half way mark.
