Job Title Interview Survey
On Call Mail Sorting Clerk Canada Post is an equal chance employer who supports work environment diversity in all fields: ethnicity, religious background, phisical disabilities and gender. The hiring process begins by filling out an application form and giving it along with your resume. When they decide to hire, they hire in big numbers. They call you up, along with all the other candidates they retained, to give you an appointment for a written examination. The exam consists of mathematics, postal code memory testing and the likes. If you pass the written exam, then they call you up a couple of weeks later for an interview with one of their human ressources recruiters. The questions during the interview are fairly direct and simple, such as: Why do you want to work for Canada Post?, What is your reaction if a group of employees decides to be insubordinate to a superior's request? How would you handle working with a phisically disabled person? etc... If you answers satisty their requirements, you are then hired and required to attend a one day paid seminar on the company's basic inner workings. Once all that is done - Welcome to Canada post!
