Hours of work are variable when your in management. Dress code is
business attire- dress shirt/pants, tie optional. On going educational
seminars/in house training. The company also covers full/part costs for
education if in related field. Each year we have an appraisal process
and individual/team goals. There are many opportunities for advancement
including nad not limited to developmental assignements, acting
assignments to further your career withint he company. The company
prefers to hire from within and we have a very diverse culture. Since
