The hiring process was very simplistic. An interview with the regional
manager opened the doors to an interview with human resources. Within
a week, an offer was made. The regional manager asked typical
interview questions of weaknesses and strengths while the human
resource individual relied on behavioral questioning. The HR
representative later told me that they were looking for a candidate who
did not give "Canned" answers.
Tell me about a time when you were a leader? Tell me about a time when
you had to deal with an irate client? Tell me about yourself?
The HR representative negotiated the salary and sent out the offer
letter. The salary always tends to be on the low side with room for a
counteroffer. The base is industry standard with the incentives below
industry standards.
Online job description: Provide overall leadership for an assigned
branch office. Perform sales and supervise service levels, operations,
staffing, communications and report function. Maximize branch sales
potential to achieve branch growth objective and achievement of branch
