| Branch Manager, VP |
The business outlook is average for a company this size. A lack of an
infrastructure is a very big concern. Additionally, there is a lack of
new ideas or thinkers from larger corporate commercial banks who could
really boost the production of the bank. The lack of "Branding" will
keep the bank small until the number of locations gives it more
presence in its market place. The products and services are very
typical and could use more competitiveness in offering. The employee
morale is better than most other banks.
