My final rate of pay was $14.70 per hr. There were no signing bonuses,
but most
employees received one mid-year bonus (roughly one week's pay)and one
end of
year
bonus (same). There were no paid holidays (other than birthdays),
everything was
earned as flex-time. Flex-time was accrued on an hourly basis each week
and
could
be used at any time upon approval of written request for time off or
could be
simply requested as additional pay for a specific time period.
Management had
perks in the form of having their Medical Benefits fully paid for. The
company
had Medical, Dental, Vision, Chiropractic coverage as well as a 401K
plan.
