At the time, the hiring process consisted of submitting an application,
going in for an oral interview with the Security Director or Assistant
Director and a background check. I interviewed with the Assistant
Director. Since then, the hiring process has become a little more
intricate. They now have an off-site employment office and an HR
Department for preliminary screening as well as pre employment drug
testing and an even more extensive background check. In fact, I believe
that the Security Director is no longer involved with the hiring process
at all.
Specific Questions: Do you believe you would have a problem with any of
our policies, for example, our confidentiality clause?
Have you ever been convicted of a felony?
If you had an irate patron in the bingo hall, how would you handle
it?
