I interviewed with the Assistant Director. Since then, the hiring process has become a little more intricate. They now have an off-site employment office and an HR Department for preliminary screening as well as pre employment drug testing and an even more extensive background check. In fact, I believe that the Security Director is no longer involved with the hiring process at all.
