Job Title Business Outlook Survey
Tribal Patrol Lead Dispatch Officer/Administrative Assistant I believe the overall business outlook for the company is good, unless they allow their (upper management)greed outweigh other factors, such as employee relations and a limited emplyee base to draw from. They are strong in knowing what their patrons want and tend to give a lot of leniency to those who spend the most money. Their product will very likely always be in demand, although their service tends to be sub- standard in many ways. Employee morale (when I left) was not very high, mostly due to almost constant internal politics and distrust between management and non-management personnel as well as between departments. Although it may sound bad, I found it an interesting place to work. The one trait or attitude that is absolutely vital to have if you are considering working there is the ability to know when an unpleasant action or words are meant personally and when to ignore the incident. That and you have to want to work around the public.
