The overall business outlook is very position. We have a new divsion
called shared services which will be at our Alpharetta location and
there will be jobs available this summer in Accounts Payable and
Purchasing. We have very few competitors and we have started this
shared services divsion to improve our commitment to our customers and
to become more customer focused. We are a chemical company that
manufactuers Carobon Black material and Cabo-sil. Employee morale
overall is very good. We have very little turn over and Management is
always trying to have programs to keep employees motivated (special
lunches, American Express Travel Check gift certificates for a "job well
done."). These are just examples a few things our Management team does
for our employees.
