Very focused and quick. Considering that I was interviewing for an
upper management position. The entire process resulted in one trip to
Denver to meet with the 4 sernior managers; two phone interviews with
human resource representatives; a initial written offer, amended once; a
verbal acceptance followed by written confirmation. The Offer also
included a "signing-bonus" which required a 2-year committment of
employment. I was a known resource, thus the process may have been
stream-lined due to this fact. Overall the process was positive.
