First phase was a two hour phone interview with the VP of Marketing,
Director
of Marketing and Director of Pricing.
Second phase I was flown to the Irvine, CA offices from Seattle. I met
with the
same people in the first interview as well as the other directors in
the company
and the CFO.
I got my job offer a week after being flown down. I fought to get more
money
for relocation and got it.
