with the direct manager for the position, his VP, the Director of the
largest customer base, a direct report to the open position and the
president of the company. Questions were specific to accomplishments,
wanting more information on strategic thinking and implementation of
programs. Interest in my own design work and thoughts on areas of
Leadership development.
