I think our overall business outlook is good, however the success of
each office depends solely on the local business generated by that
office. So should our local client base shrink, it would affect the
outlook of not only the number of recruiters retained, but viability of
keeping a specific office open. Sine 9/11, we've seen a negative impact
on our business, but that seems to be turning around now. Since we
provide contract employees to our client, this creates a constant
turnover of our assets which we have to continually replace. The major
obstacles in our business are clients depending on government funding,
the national and local economy, and an overabundance of competition in
this smaller city. You definitely need a competitive nature to survive
in this business.
