Staff is very dedicated to achieving quality work, on time, on budget.
Unfortunately with alternative employment available at higher salaries,
we have experienced a number of middle order vacancies which has placed
a heavy burden on both upper and lower staff.
The heavy work load means staff are continually being asked to do more
work, which if they are on hourly rates, still means that they may
suffer work overload. Upper managers are finding it hard to balance
scheduling of work to meet deadlines.
Staff is fairly diverse, but favours competency over most other issues.
Older staff are fairly settled, but younger staff members are attracted
by alternatives.
Company culture is evolving, but being the private sector, there is one
overarching concern. Ensuring that our Clients are happy and keep
paying their bills.
