All editors are required to begin at a certain level of the pay scale in the
company, regardless of experience (i.e. no law experience or 10 years of tax
practice). For about two years experience coming into the company, you'll
probably start around $48,000. The company is employee owned and you can make
quite a bit of money on the stock (its never gone down in over 50 years). The
