I was on a 35hour permanent employment contract. I took home $ 470.00 each
work. There is no paid overtime, insteat time in lieu. Four weeks of annual
leave are given for you to take, paid, there is sick leave, paid, compassionate
leave paid.
There are opportunities to buy the warehouse shares, you are offered these
annually.
I think that the perk of this job is that if you work 5 hours over each week,
then in time you can take this accrued overtime off, and treat it like a
holiday.
There are also potential end of year bonuses, depending how the store goes at
the end of year, budget wise.
