Working at Brooks Automation is like working in any other medium size
company. Although the number of employees, profits and assets may be of
a medium-large company, sometimes the culture, decisions of top
management, as well as the opportunities for promotion within the
company can be of a medium-small company. It may be easyer to come from
outside to negotiate a good salary and/or position, than for someone
within the organization. It may be difficult to change the perception
the colleagues and employees have of an individual.
The opportunities for getting exposure to a wide viriety of subjects
and new technologies is great. There is also a good environment to
contribute with innovation and fullfill carrear goals, although you
have to be self motivated.
