Office - Salary - no RDOs - No Overtime - though extra hours expected
Dress Code - Smart Casual - In factory Safety Clothing essential
Minimal opportunities for advancement if you "don't play the game"
ie. pretend etc - knowledge and ability are not rewarded - pretence and
accolades are. (management immaturity)
Pay Structures - Pay less than market except for management team -
excuse is that they have us - if we don't like it we can leave - they
are aware that they will need to pay more if a new candidate was
employed in the same position. Job Description use terminology for title
other than what your title is.
