Working hours are flexible and the dress code is modern.
You can take a lot of responsibility into your own hands if you're up to
it. Don't wait to long, just do it !
It is also enormously interesting to try continuously to adapt your work
to new systems, trends etc. (six sigma, Balance score cards, continuous
improvement,...)
But off course a large structure doesn't change quickly. That you must
know.
What is very important to know also is that working for a multinational
includes - (for those who want to advance) - looking further than the
site, city or country. Without that opportunities are like elsewhere.
Concerning corporate culture, this culture has - due to merges - altered
(putting employees from 2 multinationals together does automatically
alter the global perspective) but has been tackeled quite well and a
clear view is on its way.
