I believe the 7E7 will be another great product which takes Boeing into the new millenium giving airlines and passengers a better, more safe & comfortable aircraft with less time in the air. Existing aircraft delivered will continue to be the best quality around. Boeing's strengths are its people's fantastic skill to integrate an aircraft into a final product--absolutely a phenomenol sight to experience daily! Its weakness is bureacracy and "old" culture both management and non-management that cannot see past their own nose to the future. For someone coming to work for Boeing, I would suggest they be ready for a roller coaster ride the next few years due to continuous change (because its a dog eat dog world now with Airbus).
