I had been at the company for 6 1/2 years before I received a promotion although there were others there the same time frame and received their promotions within 5 years or earlier. It is not family oriented and expect you never to miss sick time, not even for your kids and if you do it is held against your during appriasels. If you do miss they try to make you feel as guily as possible. They do have 401k, medical & dental benefits, a christmas bonus which starts out at $25.00 year and earns $5.00 every year after. After 1 year you get 1 week vacation and not until 5 years do you receive a 2week vacation. You do receive 1 sick day per month but loose if you retire.
