The company provides diversity training, where each year employees are
given mini seminars, and communication training to aide with
relationships between the employees (co-workers) and stakeholders. They
offer many options for advancement, as the company is growing at an
alarming rate which constantly puts us behind on our cases. The company
is flexible for several different family situations and has many
different schedule options for full time employment. Each office
location has different schedules according to the department needs, yet
allow employees to arrive to work as early as 7 am and getting off work
as late as 6 pm. There are also a limited amount of 4 day and 4 1/2 day
work weeks availible.
Our office does not deal with the general public, so the dress code is
casual, the offices which deal with the puplic have a business dress
code. The culture of our company is extraordinary, and most people work
very well together. However, the office I work in has some poor
management practices that go directly against company policies. At
times we can tell when the management from the corporate office
(Chicago) comes down to conduct meetings the rules of the office change
a bit, and the management tends to be friendlier to the employees who
work for them.
