My employer offers a number of incentives to staff to maintain their
employent.
Probably the most rewarding is the salary sacrifice which is available
to all
staff that work full-time or part-time. Up to $15 450 can be sacrificed
to the
company and it wont be taxed. The only provision is that the money is
paid
directly to bills or another form where is will not be cashed as the
money is
untaxed. This gives staff an extra couple of hundred dollars a
fortnight which
is a considerable amount. Other incentives that the company offer
include:
The ability to undertake a lease of a nice car through the leasing
agencies,
again, anyone can do this for a nominal monthly fee. The means that the
car is
fixed and looked after by the leasing agency.
Also, there is there is a health plan that our organisation offers staff
to
undertake if they wish where they are offered discounted rates from the
organisation that handles the corporate heath plans.
Also, there are holiday discounts, car services discounts and many others
services that offer substancial savings to employees simply because they
are
apart of the Blue Care organisation. We get to host celebrities who
assist in
raising funds to keep the business doing what they do best and its an
absolute
pleasure.
All these things are offered by the community because Blue Care is a non-
profit
organisation that helps them and they appreciate how wonderful the
people that
are associated truely are.
