Every April managers salaries are reviewed, and on average a $25/wk raise is given. When I was hired as a CSR I received 7/hr. When I was promoted to Shift Supervisor I got a 50 cent raise, a 50 cent raise when I was promoted to Assistant Manager, and another 50 cent raise when I was promoted to Senior Assistant Manager. However, people at those positions usually make more, I was just moved up through the ranks very quickly (within a five month span). The average assistant manager makes 9/hr. Oh, and when I first started as a Store Manager my salary was 475/wk.
