Starting salary $9.00/hour. Ending salary $9.25/hour after eight months.
Benefits optional with accrued vacation time (one day vacation for every one
month including illness and personal time). Vacation time had to be approved no
matter the advanced notice, and most of the time was denied. Vacation days were
not transferrable to the next calander year. Once again, promised advancement
was
never given, but well deserved and long overdue. When I asked about going to the
next level, I was given excuses as to why this was not being done. After a
while,
upper management began to issue written documentation for things that were
questionable when I had never received any before.
