I dropped off my application and talked to one of the Assistant managers (she asked if I was going away for college in the fall, how many hours I could work, my age), then came back the next day to meet the current Store Manager and I was hired on the spot. The interview process for CSRs is always relatively short, though. Interviews for management positions are more intricate (however, I did not go though this process as I was promoted from within the company) and are usually done by the District Manager.
