Applied online. Had initial interview less than two weeks after.
Interviewed with District Leader. One interview. Asked what my worst
and best customer experiences were. Was asked how I would respond in
certain scenarios. Was told I was being groomed for store management
within six months (to $36,000/year salary depending on store volume).
Started training the next week. After two and a half weeks of training,
was assigned a store of residence. Immediately asked to take on
responsibilities of next level employee, but still receiving entry-
level pay. This continued for the duration of eight-month employment.
After pleading with upper management for deserved and overdue
advancement, $0.25/hour was added to my salary. At initial interview,
was told $36,000/year salary as store manager after six months, yet
eight months later only $9.25/hour with no promotion.
