there are two parts to the hiring process, sometimes three. my old
store manager who did my interview was a good guy. no longer with the
company (i wonder why)? blockbusters hiring practices these days are
definately discrimintory. they wont even call you in for an interview
if you have a tiny blemish on your application. the application process
is tricky in itself. most of my applications that i get at my store for
potential hires come back as not being eligible for employment because
of their sneaky profiler questions on the computer application.
