THE THING THAT MAKES ME MOST UPSET THOUGH IS THE FACT THAT THEY CAN NEVER MAKE A DECISION WITH ADVANCEMENT UNTIL YOU THREATEN TO LEAVE THEM THEN IF THEY REALLY NEED YOU TO STAY THEY WILL GIVE YOU WHAT YOU WANT.
