blockbuster is a bad company to work for. they do not care about
their employees and make sure they all know they are expendible. i have
been with the company for five years now and still am shown no respect
or treated professional courtesy from the corporation. we are expected
to run our stores like a machiene. we can not befreind any of the
employees for fear of being transfered. we are pushed around and
threatend if we ask to many questions!! i will be leaving the company
very shortly aong with several other store managers from diffrent
locations. blockbuster corporate is very discriminating when it comes
to inquisitive people. as a store manager i am told what i need to pass
on to my employees about new process that blockbuster implements every
month. that is fine but when you get out casted for asking questions
regarding a new policy it just isn't right. we have stores to run and
if we don't understand then how are we to make our employees
understand?
