We had at least one training (usually two) each week, as well as a 2-day training seminar. We were each given real work to do, and most of us had mentors that spent much time reviewing our work and providing us with both postitive and constructive feedback. My experience with the firm was excellent and I highly recommend that any law student interested in pursuing a career in patent law look into the firm.
