First round of interviews was via phone with the Vice President of
Human Resources and Vice President of Manufacturing (hiring manager).
The second round of interviews were on site with the Vice President of
Human Resources, Vice President of Manufacturing, Vice President of
Marketing, Vice President of Finance, and Division President. The job
offer was made by telephone two days later by the Vice President of
Manufacturing and then a written letter confirming the details of the
offer was received from the Vice President of Human Resources a few
days later. (The fact that a written letter was forth coming was
communicated.)
