Job Title Workplace Survey
Manufacturing Manager The company was very progressive. Continued education was highly supported, i.e. encouraged, rewarded, funded, time off and work schedules were accommodated. All types of continued education was supported, i.e. university degree programs, week long leadership programs, technical seminars, personal growth seminars, in house team building seminars, visits to and exchanges with other companies to share best in practices, etc. Rewards and promotions were geared to performance (all employees had tangible objectives) not closely watched hours of work. The corporate culture was definitely a team approach. Employees were intelligent enough to see the value of working collaboratively, as well as Executive Management walked to talk. Dress code was casual unless sales presentations called for more formal attire.
