The banking industry is evolving and new demands and requirements make
it a very competitive market. The business outlook of the company has
gone from neutral to very positive. Bisys Document Solutions is one of
the biggest players in their industry. Their customer base includes
banks in the US, Canada,
Panama, Brazil, Ecuador, and Malta. The company went through a very
significant restructuring process in April of 2003. Since then the sale
of
bank processing solutions has increased dramatically, as well as a new
banking standard known as check 21. Check 21 will allow banks to
directly exchange check images and data with one another or through a
third party, thus eliminating the need to courier physical checks from
one bank to another or to the Federal reserve bank. Now Bisys Document
Solutions is hiring associates in all areas from customer support to
sales, marketing and Development to compensate for the sudden shift in
the industry. The one weakness that is at the top of the list in a
resource shortfall in trying to meet customer demands from time to time.
Currently creative time management has kept us on track, but the ever
increasing demands of the customer base is slowly outweighing the
available personnel.
