The base salary for my position was 30,000. There are stock options and a 401k
after you have been there for 6 months. Health benefits begin the 1st of the
following month from your hire date. You immediately are given 3 weeks vacation
time per year, however they donot roll-over to the next if not used. Sick time
does accumulate. There is a commission structure for sales along with a quota.
I found the commission plan to be a bit confusing, but at the time of my
departure they were making changes to improve it. There were also contests and
other incentives to help inspire and motivate.
