The process begins with going on a ride along with another member of
the sales force to determine whether this is even the career or company
for you. It is then your call to proceed by contacting the regional
sales manager to find out the next step. This is usually the
interview. The questions for me were geared towards finding out why I
felt sales was for me and if I could handle stress and rejection.
There was some probing into my previous backround and what my long term
goals were. The last step was to " sell" the services to a potential
client through role play with 2 of the managers. Again, the decision
to proceed is always in your court- Basically the whole process is
showing them how well you can sell by how well you sell yourself to
them.
